This Is How Many More Fast & Furious Movies We'll Get
Last winter the Fast and Furious franchise suffered a terrible loss when one of its stars, Paul Walker, unexpectedly died. But while we have had to say goodbye to Walker, we may not need to say farewell to Fast and Furious.

When The Fast & Furious Franchise Might End
We don’t yet know how the series will “retire” Paul Walker’s character, but it will be interesting to see if the door is left open for more Fast stories after Furious 7.

The Fast & Furious 7 Trailer Is Here, And It Is Spectacular
All roads lead to this. Universal dropped the first trailer for the wildly anticipated Furious 7, the continuation of the muscle-car soap opera which encountered far too many obstacles on the path through production but is not revving up all engines in preparation for its April 3, 2015 release date.

Fast & Furious 7 Just Got A Weird And Kind Of Awesome Poster
This week, you're going to be hearing a lot about Fast & Furious 7 - or as it's now known, Furious 7. Yesterday morning, Universal Pictures announced a special marketing campaign leading up to the debut of the the film's first trailer this Saturday, and presumably each day will see the debut of a new promo. Today it's taking the form of the movie's first teaser poster, which you can see below:

Fast & Furious 7 Was A Really Rough Shoot, Here's Why
Even those who have only been vaguely keeping abreast of Fast & Furious 7’s development know that the project has traveled through troubled waters. Originally set to come out this past summer, the production had to deal with tragedy and loss that resulted in delayed schedules and massive script changes. So when director James Wan says that the movie has been the most difficult he’s ever worked on, it’s pretty easy to see where he’s coming from.

Vin Diesel Will Probably Drive This Badass Car In Fast & Furious 7
Of course, for most, Fast 7 will be an opportunity to say one last goodbye to the late Paul Walker. But as Diesel reminds us in this photo, shared courtesy of #TorettoTuesday, the franchise has always been – and always will be – about the cars as much as it is about the people.

How Fast & Furious 7 Will Be Directly Connected To Its Director's Past
When Justin Lin came aboard the Fast & Furious with Tokyo Drift, he pulled off something rather creative. By introducing Han, played by Sung Kang, into the series, the director managed to create a continuity connection between the car racing franchise and Lin’s directorial debut, the indie thriller Better Luck Tomorrow. It was such a fascinating and unique move that it got me wondering if Fast & Furious 7 helmer James Wan would be game to do something similar.

Fast & Furious 7 Just Gave Us This Touching Look At Paul Walker And Vin Diesel
The men are in suits, we believe, because they attended the funeral of the late Han (Kang Sung), killed by Ian Shaw at the tail end of Fast & Furious 6. They’re ensconced in their comfortable garage, and planning revenge. But what is Paul Walker holding in his hand?

Fast & Furious 7 Is Already The Most Buzzed About Film Online
Ever since 2009, when Vin Diesel amde his return to the franchise, the Fast & Furious series has been on a serious upswing. The $155 million take of Fast & Furious in the U.S. ballooned to $209 million for Fast Five, and that was followed last year with Fast & Furious 6's $238 million domestic box office total. The more sequels come out, the more fans seem to be getting excited.

Vin Diesel's Latest Fast & Furious 7 Photo Involves Paul Walker And A Funeral
For the Fast & Furious series, Paul Walker truly was a founding father, and his loss could have shook the franchise to its core. It will be interesting to see how Fast 7 resolves. There were plans in place for a new trilogy. Could this now, however, be the end of the road?

An Expendables, Fast And Furious Team-Up Is Possible, Says Terry Crews
This would mean Lionsgate would have to work on a deal with Universal to allow these worlds to clash. The Expendables is only a two film franchise as I write this, but so far its collected $579 million in worldwide theatrical gross. The last two films in the Fast And Furious saga EACH collected more money, and that franchise has accounted for $2.4 billion in ticket sales for Universal. And the seventh film will probably be a massive event, given that it's the final film in the series for late star Paul Walker.

Fast And Furious On Water, Starring Tom Cruise?
The action thriller has an absolutely classic set-up. The story follows a tough-as-nails female police lieutenant who must free her nemesis, a legendary American pirate, from custody. Not only is he the only one who can take down a team of crooked pirates, but the man's son is somehow involved as well.

Fast & Furious 7 Just Got Fancier In The Form Of An Iggy Azalea Cameo
The Fast & Furious franchise is supposed to be fun. With fast cars, beautiful women, insane stunts and chaotic action, the movies are supposed to be fun escapes. Unfortunately, the death of co-lead actor Paul Walker flipped the script on Fast & Furious 7 and pushed the production into a much darker territory.

Could the seventh Fast & Furious movie be the gang’s final ride? No one would have assumed that after the critically acclaimed and financially successful Fast & Furious 6 raced through multiplexes in 2013. On almost every level, this looked like a franchise on the upswing, and Fast & Furious 7 was primed to be a hit.

Fast & Furious 7 Gets An Earlier Release Date
April has historically been a good month for the Fast & Furious franchise. While most of the movies have come out in June, the two films in the series that came out in the fourth month of the year currently stand as two of the top three best box office performers. That in mind, it's no surprise that Universal Pictures is planning to go back to that well with the release of James Wan's Fast & Furious 7, but now they're going even earlier than originally anticipated.

See The Rock's Adorable Goodbye To The Fast & Furious 7 Set
Due to the untimely death of star Paul Walker, James Wan's Fast & Furious 7 has had a long road through production. While the finished film was initially supposed to come out this summer, Walker's passing in November of last year forced the production to be delayed while the script could be rewritten. As a result, the blockbuster sequel is only starting to wind down its production now, as seen in the image above - taken from Dwayne Johnson's final day on set.

James Wan's Fast & Furious 7 has been in production for quite a while now - going back to before Paul Walker's death - but amazingly the film still isn't done adding names to its all star roster. The ensemble film already stars Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Lucas Black, and Walker along with newcomers Kurt Russell and Jason Statham, and now word has come down that musician Romeo Santos has enlisted as well.

'Fast And Furious' Theme Park Ride Coming To Universal Studios
Theme parks have a long history with tying into film and television properties, and if there is a king of such marketing practices, it’s obviously The Walt Disney Corporation. As of late, the park has aggressively developed attractions based on their original (and acquired) intellectual properties, and they haven’t been shy about it. This doesn’t sit well with long time, and now recently motivated rival Universal Studios and now there's news that they're doing something about it.

Fast & Furious 7 Will Use CGI, Body Doubles To Replace Paul Walker
Is it the best option? Absolutely not. But large commercial movies have to make complicated artistic decisions to protect their investments in the wake of tragedy. And the producers, according to the Daily News, think that Fast fans will accept the solution if it allows the sequel the chance to give Walker’s character (and the actor, himself) closure on screen.
