Vin Diesel Will Probably Drive This Badass Car In Fast & Furious 7
Of course, for most, Fast 7 will be an opportunity to say one last goodbye to the late Paul Walker. But as Diesel reminds us in this photo, shared courtesy of #TorettoTuesday, the franchise has always been – and always will be – about the cars as much as it is about the people.

Vin Diesel's Latest Fast & Furious 7 Photo Involves Paul Walker And A Funeral
For the Fast & Furious series, Paul Walker truly was a founding father, and his loss could have shook the franchise to its core. It will be interesting to see how Fast 7 resolves. There were plans in place for a new trilogy. Could this now, however, be the end of the road?

Knowing which studios are expected to be in town for San Diego Comic-Con, we put together a Surprise Wish List of in-development blockbusters that could bring a presentation at the last minute to next weekend’s fan-driven heaven. These are movies that would appeal directly to the gathered masses at Comic-Con, and they have been in some state of filming prior to the festivities.

Vin Diesel Teases A Return To Race Wars For Fast And Furious 7
The original The Fast and the Furious film had a large-scale car race known as Race Wars, where Brian had to prove his worth to the Dom and the gang. It was an early promise of the auto insanity that would become the trademark of this franchise.

Fast & Furious 7: What We Know So Far
Could the seventh Fast & Furious movie be the gang’s final ride? No one would have assumed that after the critically acclaimed and financially successful Fast & Furious 6 raced through multiplexes in 2013. On almost every level, this looked like a franchise on the upswing, and Fast & Furious 7 was primed to be a hit.

Paul Walker's Brothers Will Help James Wan Finish Fast & Furious 7
Wan is racing to meet an April 10, 2015 release date. I believe that Fast fans will give the sequel the benefit of the doubt when it comes to closing the loop that is Brian’s saga. I like the fact that they are using Walker’s brothers. There’s real symmetry in that.

5 Ways Fast & Furious 7 Could Let Brian O'Conner Live
We’ve come up with five options for Walker’s character. Some are serious. Some are tongue-in-cheek. But all would prove worthy of a fitting farewell for this character who has blazed a unique path into pop culture’s collective heart.

Hear Me Out: Fast & Furious 7 Needs To Kill Off Paul Walker's Character
Universal Pictures and director James Wan were faced with the uncomfortable decision of how to proceed in finishing the film. But in my opinion, there's only one option that makes sense. As hard as it may be to face, Brian O'Conner needs to die.

Paul Walker's Brian O'Conner Will Officially Be Retired
While there have been all manner of rumors surrounding how Wan and Universal Studios would handle the Brian O’Conner character, it appears as if they’ve decided to officially “retire” him from the franchise. This is probably the best way to go about it.

Production has officially been halted. In the short-term, the feasibility of all available options will be assessed including completely starting over.

Vin Diesel Confirms Kurt Russell Is In Fast & Furious 7
I really hope that this well-dressed first impression is nothing like Russell looks for the rest of the film. I truly want him to wear a suit made out of chainmail or knives or something. I know these movies aren’t so far out as The Expendables when it comes to ratcheting up the cheesiness, but it’s getting there, and I think Wan is the guy to blow the ceiling off.

Lucas Black Signs On For Fast & Furious 7, 8 And 9
In Tokyo Drift, which is actually set after the events of the three most recent films, Sean Boswell was portrayed as a 17-year-old loner and street racer who is forced to move from the United States to Japan to live with his father when he gets too many strikes on his record. After the move he becomes a good friend of Han and is introduced to the world of drift racing.

First Fast & Furious 7 Set Photo Is A Showdown By A Lake
No matter what may actually be true about the top-billed stars in Fast & Furious 7 or who's getting the biggest paycheck, we all know that the real star of the movie is the cars and how many ridiculous things director James Wan can think to do with them. But for the sake of his ego, and to not rub things in after the fairly disappointing performance from Riddick, we'll go ahead and call Vin Diesel and Paul Walker the stars of Fast & Furious 7.

Fast & Furious 7 Adds Djimon Hounsou To The Cast
Weirdly enough, there are now going to be two films in 2014 that feature both Hounsou and Diesel. In addition to Fast & Furious 7, both are on the cast list for James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy, which will be out next August. While Diesel's character will be a motion-capture walking tree named Groot, Hounsou will be playing a live-action character, Koranth.

Fast & Furious 7 Adds Ong Bak's Tony Jaa
The movie will actually be the first English-language film that Jaa has made, even though the Thailand-born star has been acting since the mid-90s. As is typical with casting announcements in this franchise, the actor's role is being kept a secret for now, and it's not even known if he will be playing one of the good guys or one of the baddies.

Fast & Furious 7 Eyes Three Directors To Replace Justin Lin
So now we all know that Justin Lin, after directing four of the films that fall under the racing franchise that is mostly fast and also furious, will not be back to direct Fast & Furious 7: American Shenanigans, or whatever it ends up being called. I mean, the sixth installment in this seemingly endless string of films hasn’t even come out yet – that happens on May 24 – but news about the sequel is already zipping around corners and leaving other film rumors in its dust.
