Really pretty pictures and the promise of Tom Hanks outdoing himself by snagging all five Oscar nominations for best actor for parts played in a single movie were not enough to draw audiences out for Cloud Atlas. The movie reportedly cost over $100 million to produce but only took in $9 million for an embarrassing third place debut.

Giveaway: Win The Creepy Robbie The Rabbit From Silent Hill: Revelation 3D Giveaway: Win The Creepy Robbie The Rabbit From Silent Hill: Revelation 3D
When we tell you we're giving away a stuffed animal from a movie, you might have visions of the cuddly rabbit in Hop, or even the adorable Gizmo from Gremlins (the one who doesn't become a Mogwai, that is). But although Robbie the Rabbit is a pink stuffed bunny with a big smile, he's got a lot more sinister significance in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D

Silent Hill: Revelation 3D Gets A Release Date Silent Hill: Revelation 3D Gets A Release Date
When Silent Hill first came out in 2006, it didn't exactly change the world. In addition to being largely dismissed by critics, the videogame adaptation made double its budget at the international box office, but here in the US it only managed to make $46 million (it was made for $50 million). In spite of this, a direct sequel was put into production last year and for a while simply sat on the shelf waiting to find a distributor.

Sean Bean Negotiating To Join Unknowns In 3D Silent Hill 2 Sean Bean Negotiating To Join Unknowns In 3D Silent Hill 2
We’ve been haring about a sequel to Silent Hill since 2006 and till now nothing has ever really come of it. Now not only is Silent Hill 2 a go but they’ve already started casting it. It’s being called Silent Hill: Revelation 3D and Radha Mitchell, who starred in the first film, doesn’t seem to be involved in this one.
