Vampire Academy Synopsis
Based on author Richelle Meadís worldwide bestselling series, Vampire Academy tells the legend of Rose Hathaway (Zoey Deutch) and Lissa Dragomir (Lucy Fry), two 17-year-old girls who attend a hidden boarding school for Moroi (mortal, peaceful Vampires) and Dhampirs (half-vampire/half-human guardians). Rose, a rebellious Guardian-in-training and her best friend, Lissa Ė a royal vampire Princess - have been on the run when they are captured and returned to St.Vladamirs Academy, the very place where they believe their lives may be in most jeopardy. Thrust back into the perils of Moroi Society and high school, Lissa struggles to reclaim her status while Rose trains with her mentor and love-interest, Dimitri (Danila Kozlovsky), to guarantee her place as Lissaís guardian. Rose will sacrifice everything to protect Lissa from those who intend to exploit her from within the Academy walls and the Strigoi (immortal, evil vampires) who hunt her kind from outside its sanctuary.

Sarah Hyland Licks Blood And Lucy Fry Flips Her Hair In New Vampire Academy Clips Sarah Hyland Licks Blood And Lucy Fry Flips Her Hair In New Vampire Academy Clips
Let's all pause for a second and appreciate the sight of Sarah Hyland licking blood off a wall becauseÖ well, who expected to see that today? Does the snozzberry blood taste like snozzberries? There's no indication that the blood smeared on the wall in the shape of a slightly misspelled phrase has anything to do with Willy Wonka's innovative fruity wallpaper......

Vampire Academy Gets A New Poster And Some Fun Set Videos Vampire Academy Gets A New Poster And Some Fun Set Videos
A new poster for the feature adaptation of Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy has made its way online, showing off the two lead characters, who "suck at school." But that's ok, because at St. Vladamir's, sucking is pretty standard, at least for the vampires among the student body. That applies to Lucy Fry's character Lissa, a Moroi vampire who's best friends with Rose Hathaway (Zoey Deutch), over there on the left a Dhampir (half-human/half-vampire). ...

Vampire Academy Movie Photos Reveal Vampires And Dhampirs Vampire Academy Movie Photos Reveal Vampires And Dhampirs
Two vampires and a Dhampir are front and center, and not a fang in sight! Blood Sisters will be a family affair as Waters will direct the script penned by his brother, Dan Waters, screenwriter of another biting comedy about teen girls, 1988's Heathers. Based on the six-book Vampire Academy YA series, the film will have elements of romance and the paranormal. But with the Waters brothers on board, I suspect a dark vein of comedy will likewise run through Blood Sisters....
