X-Men: Apocalypse To Feature Another Epic Quicksilver Sequence
It didn't take long after the release of X-Men: Days of Future Past for the franchise filmmakers to realize that they would need to give Evan Peters' Quicksilver a much bigger role in the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse. Audiences truly fell in love with the wacky, speedy mutant this past summer, and the sequence where he helps Magneto break out of the Pentagon is considered by many to be the best in the film.

X-Men: Days Of Future Past's Honest Trailer Points Out Some Very Specific Issues
X-Men: Days of Future Past was not only one of the most successful blockbusters of 2014, but it was able to correct the path of the X-Men film franchise and set it in an exciting new direction. The Reason X-Men Hasn't Pushed Beast And Mystique's Romance More
In addition to reintroducing younger versions of the mutants known as Beast and Mystique, X-Men: First Class also did its part to establish a new dynamic between the two characters. Bonding over the fact that they couldn't show their true faces in public, the two of them sparked a romantic relationship that wound up getting kind of interrupted by the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Watch X-Men's Quicksilver Play Tennis Against Himself
As demonstrated in X-Men: Days of Future Past, super-speed can be a pretty fun and useful power. When not being used to help prisoners escape from the depths below the Pentagon, it can be used to travel far distances instantly and just screw around with friends. There are all kinds of possibilities, and a few of them have been getting explored recently on the Quicksilver Instagram account.

Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past has unquestionably been a huge success, and is currently ranked as the highest grossing X-Men movie worldwide, but there is a very important number one spot it has not yet achieved within the franchise: biggest domestic release. Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past was an unquestionable hit. Not only was the movie an absolute hit with critics, it also made an amazing $741 million at the global box office.
