American Idol: Gossip Galore With Idol's Final Three

Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, children of all ages, Celebrity Stink proudly brings to you the second week of ‘American Idol’ jargon, whispers, and what-nots. We have gossip galore this week, including but not limited to Chris Sligh, Carrie Underwood, beat-boxin’ Blake, and Sanjaya Malakar. I know, the anticipation is almost overwhelming. I’ll spare you any highfalutin essays or high-brow theories and get right to the juicy tidbits.
Did Blake Lewis really add highlights to please angry ‘Idol’ fans? This actually seems plausible since he is a massive tool box. According to TMZ.com, many singing fans were so incensed with his darker dye-job that they wrote angry letters, and some even turned their ire into MySpace rants. That’s a smart call since the emo Mecca does consistently inspire real change. Memo to Blake Lewis: your hair is fine. The problem is your “too cool for school vibe.” I just want to see you sing; you don’t need to smirk at the camera like you’re 16 and you just snuck into the girl’s bathroom. In rare a rare post-‘Idol’ positive story, Carrie Underwood won ACM’s top female vocalist award this week. In a related story, Justin Guarini probably filed for bankruptcy after his last From Justin To Kelly royalty check came in. Seriously though, congratulations to Carrie. She’s a great singer and seems like a really nice person. I may have voted for Bo Bice, but “Jesus took the wheel”, and I saw the error of my ways. Far and away my favorite contestant this season, the Bob Jones University educated Chris Sligh returned home this week with a series of concerts in South Carolina. Reportedly, he played a few nightclubs and even a local church. The devout Christian’s fans even donned bushy wigs in honor of the smiley star. Good for him. Chris was really one of the bright spots on an otherwise dull season. Besides, he has a hot wife. So he’s got that going for him….which is nice. Check out TMZ for a clip of his performance. In possibly the most bizarre story I have ever heard, the internet was abuzz this week with a strange rumor. Apparently, Sanjaya Malakar has tried out for the second season of ‘I Love New York.’ I know. It’s like an awkwardly feminine gift from God. I don’t even know how much money I would pay to see New York bitch slap that goofy look off his face. Cinema Blend cannot confirm if this is true, but several other websites are reporting it. If I hadn’t already called on God for to many favors, I would definitely be praying about this one. That’s it for now, folks. There's not even any anticipation left. I'm pretty sure people with Alzheimers are even on to your scheme. Hendrix! Hendrix is slowly taking over TV. First he was on Battlestar Galactica's finale and now 'American Idol'. Gotta love it. Blake's Dad He's like 50, and I'm pretty sure he would beat my ass with one hand tied behind his back. Elliott's Teeth Sweet Jesus, his teeth are white. He looks like an Orbit gum commercial. The Girl Who Melinda "Helped Through Hard Times" I didn't think anyone could be more pathetic than that girl crying over Sanjaya. I guess I was wrong. Melinda Gone!!! I did not see this one coming. I guess the votes must have been proportional to neck size.
