Angelina Jolie Did Not Give Birth

Hang up the phone and put down those celebratory telegrams. Angelina Jolie did not give birth to her twins this morning, regardless of what the rabble-rousers over at Entertainment Tonight might tell you. The celebrity gossip program’s website posted a message this morning, which claimed a source close to the actress confirmed the delivery, but this accusation is both ludicrous and fabricated. I’m not sure how long producers over at ET think buns need to be in the oven for, but those babies got at least two and a half more months to cook.

According to The Associated Press both People Magazine and E! have since denied the story, and the folks over at Entertainment Tonight took the item down. That’s muckraking at its worst.

In other Jolie and Pitt news, the couple spent today moving into their new luxurious villa in Southern France. The property, once used by Pink Floyd to record The Wall, is located in Correns and said to produce some of the finest organic wines in all of Europe. That’s music to the ears of this wino.
