Gary Glitter Released From Prison

Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Hey! Creepy glam rock mega-star and convicted sex offender Gary Glitter is due to be released from a Vietnamese Prison (not the one featured in Tropic Thunder) today. The sixty-four year old singer of “Do You Want To Touch Me” was arrested several years ago for inappropriately fondling two underage girls.

According to the BBC, Glitter’s plans after being released are still unclear, as Vietnam will obviously be deporting him and his return to England would require his registering as a sex offender sort of like The Jesus in The Big Lebowski.

Here’s to hoping Glitter heads to England where he can be monitored, rather than a cesspool of moral debauchery like Thailand.
