Being that this time of year is commonly referred to as the holiday season, why not celebrate Independence Day again now? On December 30th you can take home the satiric comedy An American Carol on DVD.
Director, producer and writer David Zucker brings you the story of an anti-American filmmaker, Michael Malone (Kevin Farley), looking to destroy the 4th of July holiday. In true Christmas fashion, he is visited by three spirits in attempt to show him the true meaning of America. Thinking back to the absurdity of Scary Movie 3 and 4, Zucker probably won’t disappoint. Between his comic genius and a star-studded cast including Kelsey Grammer, Bill O’Reilly, Leslie Nielsen and James Woods, An American Carol will surely give you a good laugh.
If you decide to pick up the DVD version for $26.99 or the Blu-ray one for $34.99, you’ll also get deleted scenes and commentary alongside the film. Happy holiday bashing.
