Check Out A Red Band Trailer For Asylum

I don’t know much about Asylum, which comes to DVD on July 15th. We’ve gotten the Red Band trailer for the movie, which really caught my attention. Not for the cat-and-mouse slasher sequences, although those are in there. Not for some of the gruesome hack-and-slash sequences, although those are in there too (using barbed wire as a garrote? Nasty!).
No, the reason the trailer for Asylum caught my attention is because it willingly advertises the movie as coming from the director of Snakes on a Plane. That’s right - the guy behind Samuel L. Jackson fighting a plane full of snakes is now doing slasher horror. All I can say is - sign me up! Here’s a look at the red band trailer for Asylum, which hits stores on July 15th. RELATED: trailer
