Anchorman is coming to Blu-ray next week, August 31st, in the so-called "Rich Mahogany Edition" (a title that makes me sad nobody released a "Rich Corinthian Leather" edition of Wrath of Khan while Ricardo Montalban was still alive) available exclusively at Best Buy. Yesterday we linked to Movieweb's post of Maya Rudolph's audition for the role of Ron Burgundy lover/nemesis Veronica Corningstone. Today we've got an audition clip starring the woman who actually landed the role, the lovely Christina Applegate. Not to mention a t-shirted Will Ferrell, sadly lacking the proud Burgundy 'stache.

For the Ferrell fans in the house, the "Rich Mahogany Edition" is a two-disc Blu-ray set including several versions of the movie, almost an hour of new bonus features, collectible trading cards, and a book entitled "The Many Months of Burgundy." You can pick it up at Best Buy next week for a MSRP of $29.99. You can check out the disc specs below the video.
