Get Some More With These Tropic Thunder Specials

Get Some More With These Tropic Thunder Specials The movie they thought they were making is still a movie, but now it’s coming to DVD and Blu-ray. Thanks to Paramount Home Entertainment, come November 18th, not only will you have the chance to take home Tropic Thunder, but you can also take advantage of two explosive retail offers.

The story may focus on Hollywood triple threat Kirk Lazarus (Robert Downey Jr.), Jeff Portnoy (Jack Black) and Tugg Speedman (Ben Stiller), but thanks to costar Alpa Chino (Brandon T. Jackson), everyone has Booty Sweat on the brain. Drinking Red Bull may give you wings, but if you go to Best Buy and pick up the Blu-ray edition of Tropic Thunder, you’ll get a Boot Sweat t-shirt.

Rather have something to sit on your shelf rather than on your back? Well, if you choose to pick up your copy of the film at Walmart, you can buy a special two-pack, which offers you the movie on DVD in addition to the “Get Some” music sampler CD. The songs on the disc include “Name of the Game” (The Crystal Method), “I Just Want to Celebrate” (Mooney Suzuki), “Ready Set Go” (Ben Gidsjoy), “Run Through the Jungle” (Creedance Clearwater Revival), “U Can't Touch This (MC Hammer) and “War” (Edwin Starr).

Nobody is running to the store to buy two copies of Tropic Thunder. Well, except maybe the diehard fans out there r those of you who really want to applaud the Tom Cruise cameo. In my case, I’ve got to decide between these two offers. Even though I did like the film’s soundtrack I’m going to have to opt for the Booty Sweat shirt. I might not wear it out of the house, but it’ll fit nicely in my movie t-shirt collection. It’ll go right next to my “Vote for Pedro” and “Cobra Kai” shirts.
