Love Or Hate Capitalism: A Love Story On Blu-Ray And DVD March 9thAuthor: David Wharton

My love affair with Michael Moore extended no further than his short-lived show TV Nation back in the mid-'90s. Maybe it was just the naive eyes of youth, but his bits felt funnier and his agenda less obnoxious back in the day. Now, even on the occasions when I agree with his opinions of his target subjects, Moore's tactics seem questionable and his personality grating. Still, he's one of the few documentary filmmakers around that people can actually name off-hand, and like him or hate him, his films never fail to stir up debate. His latest, Capitalism: A Love Story, may not have generated quite the media shitstorm as previous outings such as Bowling for Columbine or Fahrenheit 9/11, but it did earn high praise from our own Tim Gomez. Come March 9th, you'll be able to watch Moore storm the ramparts of capitalism on Blu-ray and DVD. And if you hate him, hey, at least you'll have something physical to throw against the wall.
The Blu-ray will run you $39.98 and the DVD $29.98, and both versions pack an impressive 80 minutes of featurettes and deleted scenes. In addition to everything listed below, the Blu-ray also includes an exclusive featurette: Harvard Professor Elizabeth Warren on “How Wall Street Got Away with Murder.” Here's the rest of the rundown:
