Joss Whedon's career is doing just fine these days, but there's good news for fans still stinging from the cancellation of Dollhouse: season two is coming to Blu-ray and DVD this October from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.

The four-disc DVD ($49.98) and three-disc Blu-ray ($59.99) collections will include a retrospective roundtable with Joss and cast, a gag reel, and deleted scenes. Even better, the set will come with an exclusive, limited-edition 28-page Dollhouse comic written by Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen, and illustrated by Buffy: Season 8 artist Cliff Richards. The comic looks back at "the precise moment when the Active technology went global, and how the protagonists from 'Epitaph One' and 'Two' narrowly avoided death."
