Mr. Eko, or Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as he's known to fans capable of pronouncing his mouthful of a name, will not face charges of driving without a driver's license. His clever attorney's offered up defence exhibit A in district court on Wednesday: one valid driver's license with their client's name on it. The charges were dropped. But is that the end of the story?

Probably. People may have reported that Akinnuoye-Agbaje is off the hook but conspiracy theorist fans of Mr. Eko (Akinnuoye-Agbaje's character on the hit TV series "Lost") may still be wondering if the arrest isn't bad mojo for the character.

Both Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros, fellow "Lost" cast members, were arrested for driving related issues last year and promptly found their characters brutally killed off in the same episode. Does this also spell doom for Eko? "Lost" writers and producers denied any correlation between real life behavior and consequences to the characters, but a good conspiracy theorist fan never listens to such things. We'll see how long Mr. Eko lasts when season 3 starts up next week.
