Trick Or Treat With The Shark

By Rafe Telsch: 2006-10-14 00:00:00

It’s Halloween time, one of the best times of years for movie lovers. Halloween encourages the slashers, demons, ghosts, ghouls, and other staples of the horror genre. So what better way to celebrate than by receiving great spooky swag?

CinemaBlend’s Weekly Blend Audio Show has some tricks and treats to hand out, including the grand prize of the recently released Complete Exorcist Anthology DVD set which includes all off the films in the Exorcist franchise: both the original and “version you’ve never seen” edits of The Exorcist, The Exorcist II: The Heretic, The Exorcist III, and both of the prequels, Dominion and The Beginning. Right now we have a few slasher soundtracks to hand out as well.

So how do you get your chance to win? It’s too late. Our winners have been selected:

Michael Book - Exorcist Anthology
Annie Carter - Ace Ventura Two Pack
Steve Flynn - Stay Alive Soundtrack
hsMaestro241 - When a Stranger Calls Soundtrack

You never know when we might start another contest, so listen to our weekly show, or better yet subscribe through iTunes and make sure you don’t miss an episode.

Additional rules: Winner must live within the United States (sorry international friends, we just can’t afford the shipping). CinemaBlend staff are not eligible for entry. No purchase necessary. Each week’s phrase is only valid for that week. E-mails received after each week’s phrase expires will be deleted with malice. Contest ends October 31st, 2006. If you don't follow directions you won't win, even if you send me a sob story about how you're disabled, or have 15 children, or frittered away all your money on hookers and beer and you deserve to win one more than anyone else because your life sucks (you people know who you are). Well our life sucks too and we’re not getting free stuff! So keep all that to yourself. (actually our lives are pretty good, but it’s become a CinemaBlend staple to attach this part).
