Well, maybe not all of you, but some of you. As you may have noticed, Cinema Blend is in the midst of all kinds of expanding. We're like a highway expansion project gone horribly awry. With that expansion, comes an opportunity for people like you, or at least the talented, hard working, go-getters among you.

We're hiring! Cinema Blend is looking for people to fill the following roles on our site. Each position comes with no pay, but plenty of exposure from viciously content hungry readers.

Below are details on each of our open positions, including information on what we're looking for and how you should apply. Take a look.

Writing/Reporting Openings

NOTE: The listings below are not currently paying positions. For now we can only offer experience, exposure, and if you're lucky a few freebies.

Movie News reporter
We're looking for people with a passion for writing first, and a love of movies on top of that. Our reporters are witty, sarcastic, and prolific. You'd need to be able to commit to reporting on at least 25 items a month to recieve consideration. A basic knowledge of HTML, the ability to laugh at yourself, and access to image editing software is a plus, as is some sort of related experience. Television Critic/Reporter
Our TV critics are people who don't like to get up off the couch. We're looking for folks with a passion for writing and a serious boob tube addiction. We need writers to review television shows, or cover breaking television news. You'd need to be able to commit to writing and submitting 3 ' 5 news articles of medium length EVERY week for us. DVD Critic
We're looking for people with a passion for writing first, and a love of movies (and occasionally getting free DVDs) second. Our DVD Critics are smart, sarcastic, and willing to spend days pouring over a Seven Samurai box set or the latest bad horror movie to go straight to DVD. You'd need to be able to commit to watching and reviewing at least one DVD a week for us. A basic knowledge of HTML, the ability to laugh at yourself, and access to image editing software is a plus. Tech/Geek Reporter
We're looking for hardcore geeks with an eye for what's hot in technology and a talent for writing. We need writers to cover breaking tech news, whether it be exclusive CB stories or headlines ripped from other sources. You'd need to be able to commit to writing and submitting 5 - 10 news articles of medium length EVERY week for us. Games Reporter
We're looking for hardcore gamers with their nose in the gaming community and a talent for writing. We need writers to cover breaking gamesnews, whether it be exclusive CB stories or headlines ripped from IGN. You'd need to be able to commit to writing and submitting 5 - 10 news articles of medium length EVERY week for us. Celebrity Gossip Reporter
We're looking for soulless people with a passion for writing and a willingness to report on the latest celebrity muckity muck. It helps if you're not ashamed to write about Angelina Jolie's affinity for foreign babies. I know I would be. You'd need to be able to commit to writing and submitting 5 - 10 news articles of medium length EVERY week for us. Our music critics like to rock out. We're looking for people with a passion for writing and a crazy music obsession on top of that. We need writers to cover breaking music news as well as to pitch in concert and album reviews now and then.
