I'm not sure what this means.

Angelina Jolie was keen to retain the spotlight from attractive extras on the set of her latest film - and demanded all pretty girls be removed. The Oscar-winning actress, 28, requested any beautiful extras be removed from standing near her in a restaurant scene in Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Smith - which co-stars Brad Pitt. A source says, "The crew surrounded them with the oldest extras on set." One attractive blonde extra who was moved away from the stars was told, "Angelina doesn't want anyone distracting her in the shot."

Did they have to be moved because she didn't want any competition or because she couldn't stop looking at them??? I'm confused.

Dunno.

Looks like the person writing the article was attempting to spin it that Jolie was trying to keep the pretty girls away because of competition, but the quote from the blonde indicates that she didn't want to be distracted.

Does the source have a history of not liking Jolie?

That paragraph is making my head hurt...

It does seem like they are DIGGING to make Angelina seem weird these days.

She's plenty weird on her own, no need to make stuff up.

Yes, but without Billy Bob to help, she's actually turning into a decent woman.

There's no gossip in that!

I wish she'd stop adopting little Asian kids. I always find that very suspect.

Still think the Asian children come out of vending machines?

Weird article.
