I can't argue with nearly 1900 yds rushing, 50 catches and 20 touchdowns. Can you?

Did I forget anybody?
I left Portis, Dillon, and Smith off intentionally.

What happened to Sido's choice?

No Eddgerin James? :) Although he had one off year because of an injury, while healthy he's been among the leaders each year.

I'm not sure on the other choices...it's tough because some of them have come out of NOWHERE lately (Holmes, Lewis). Based off the past 2 or 3 years I'd say Priest Holmes. Based off career Green might be my top choice.

Other than that.... THE EDGE!

He just gets hurt too damn often. Too be the best you have to be able to be counted on to play a full season, and he hasn't done that since his rookie year (I think).

Tomlinson will be the best of this group but I voted Lewis. Although he might not be the best for long. Tomlinson's number are sick.

Ahman Green is a great back though.

If Tomlinson is the best, why the heck did you vote for Lewis. :lol
LT is my second choice, but they have NOBODY else who's any good on their offense. You know there's something wrong when your running back has 100 receptions.

lol LT will be the best but the chargers aren't that good yet. Lewis is the best as of this moment.

ok, if Edge isn't a choice I'll go with Priest. The past couple years he's been so dominating....moreso I think than any other back. He's powerful, quick, and has breakaway speed. Tough combo. He seems to be in his prime right now.

I wish there was a Sido's choice here, to make my non-vote count for Curtis Martin. But that's becuase I like him overall, and I'm a Jets fan.

But since there wasn't, I went with Priest Holmes.

Ricky Williams! Duh!
. . . oh. . .
Hard, but I go with Tomlinson. The man do so much with so little. I honestly think he's a better runner/catcher than Holmes, he just doesn't have the right coaching staff or team around him to be QUITE as prolific. The guy's still prolific.
By the way. . . does he remind anyone else in more ways than one of a couple guys by the name of Payton and Smith?

Payton and Smith don't remind me of eachother, how could he remind me of both of them at the same time? :lol
All due respect to Emmitt, one of the best backs of all time, but Walter is in a class nearly all to himself (I say nearly because of Brown and Sayers. Crap, I had to laud two Chicago Bears. Ugh).
I put Smith in the same class as Sanders, just below those three.
