WWE Unforgiven main event

From The Pro Wrestling Torch Newsletter: It seems that the next WWE RAW PPV (Unforgiven) could be headlined with the new Champion Randy Orton vs. Triple H. All recent reports suggested that the match would headline WrestleMania 21, but it seems WWE is speeding up the feud to try and counter low ratings and the imminent return of Monday Night Football.

If the feud proves to be a success then there is still the chance that we will still see WrestleMania 21 headlined with Randy Orton vs. Triple H. Other matches in the pipline include possible interpromotional matches featuring Orton vs. Cena, Orton vs. Angle, or Orton vs. The Undertaker.

Yeah, it's too soon. Maybe have a 6 man tag with Randy/Eugene/Benoit vs. HHH/Batista/and Flair, or Edge if he's joining Evolution.

That sounds more like a main event for RAW.

It'll most likely end up being a Benoit/Orton/HHH main event at Unforgiven.

I would hope so. It looks like Orton and HHH will run into each-other a few times before WrestleMania.

I agree. RAW has already relied on the triple-threat match twice this year.

I'm thinking a Eugene VS Bischoff match is coming. As well as Edge VS Christian VS Jericho, or a 2 on 1 match.

They'll probably make it Bischoff and someone else vs. Eugene. Maybe bring back Johnny Nitro?

And I can see them eventually reuniting E&C, which leaves Jericho all alone to fight Edge, Christian, Trish, and Tomko....at least until he can get some help from Shelton Benjamin. That'd be a good way to have him return.

William Regal and Chris Benoit vs. Ric Flair and Battista

Rhyno and Tajiri vs. La Resistance (Tag Titles Match)

Kane vs. Shawn Michaels

Christian vs. Chris Jericho (IC Title Ladder Match)

Randy Orton vs. Triple H (World Title Match)

Unless the main event's going to be long, this probably won't be worth me getting on ppv. Maybe get the dvd when that comes out.

However, I do see Orton retaining, if only because, after Raw, I can see Eugene coming out and costing Hunter the match...only it's not Eugene. It's Nick Dinsmore. Who says that Eugene can't have a normal twin brother? Who's really pissed off at Hunter for trying to destroy Eugene? That'd be interesting.

Best match of the night will be Christian vs. Jericho. Anyone wanna take bets on how long it will take for Edge to interfere?

I really do think that was stupid Edge got stripped of the title. He must be still somewhat injured then since he's not able to do a ladder match yet.

When you tear a groin muscle it's quite painful. There's really not much you can do in the ring with an injury like that. Best to just let it heal or he could just make it worse.
