Red Light Runners is pitched as a “Reservoir Dogs set in London,” and will be Reservoir Dogs actor Michael Madsen’s directorial debut. The rather interesting cast list includes Dennis Hopper, Mickey Rourke, as well as Spandau Ballet’s Martin Kemp, and Radio 1 DJ Sara Cox.
