STORY
"A woman (Sarah Jessica Parker) who can't make the mortgage payments on her farm, is faced with eviction. The cows don't want to be evicted and so decide that they must find a way to raise the $1,000-or-so in back payments. They hear of a wanted criminal named Slim (Randy Quaid) whose capture carries enough reward money to save the farm. The film is spent following the escapades that ensue, with Cuba's character, Jake the Horse, helping the cows catch Slim. Originally, the title character was supposed to be a cow named Bullets, but that character has apparently been dropped. So, the description above that cows didn't want to get evicted might be different now. It might be Cuba's character who comes up with the idea. Not sure yet. Many changes in this movie.
