Your welcome, just remembered FH had one up. No problem.

The Dreamcatcher trailer is getting me excited.

have you read the book for it yet?

i'm liking the trailers too. then i went and read a review of the book (http://www.bookreporter.com/reviews/0743211383.asp) the other day and now i'm wondering if i've got the guts for the movie. i'm a paranoid scaredy cat at heart. haven't even been able to bring myself to see The Ring yet. and besides, i *like* walks in the woods and isolated lodges...
DREAMCATCHER is going to do for walks in the woods and hunting lodges what IT did for clowns, CARRIE did for proms, MISERY did for nurses, and "The Raft" did for farm ponds.i'm guessing i'll still go see it despite my fears though. i figure i've seen most of the above and have yet to be psychologically traumatized. actually with the exception of The Raft, which i haven't seen, i liked all of those movies.

as for the other books coming to film, the more i look into them the more i like them. Safety sounds really off the wall and i like that in a film. Prozac Nation has Ricci in it playing a crazy harvard chick and i like Ricci. Identity has a great cast, including one john cusack whom i can't get enough of, plus it looks to be based on a classic mystery novel, making it an almost certain hit.

No, I haven't read Dreamcatcher. I wish I had though. If the movie is good enough, I'll be checking it out.

I've read Prozac Nation. I can NOT imagine that being made into a movie. Talk about grim. Geez! I'd think I would need prozac after seeing it.

depressing eh? sounds like it'll be right up ricci's alley.

It's a step (or 10,000) beyond depressing. There really isn't any action in the movie. It's one woman's journey through her derpression and finally getting some help. It just takes about 400 pages for her to do that.

egads! that sounds pretty bad. hopefully the movie will add things make the story more interesting, if it's really that awful. i know this one's been in production for awhile. maybe that means they have something good to show by now?
