I'd LOVE to learn a little more about the Gormenghast novels... After reading LOTR, I was desperate to find more books in this category, and Gormenghast was the first stuff I came across -- but it is very different from LOTR. It is heavier, darker, brooding -- perhaps more intellectual in nature, I'm not sure. It's far more complex, or just plain harder to read than LOTR. So I gave up halfway into the first book. But that was a long time ago, so I reckon I just might be up to reading it these days -- but that depends on the review I think :)

Atlas Shrugged would be very cool also. I've heard very little about this book, although I know a little bit about the author, and also I know a little about the typical readership of her books.

Memoirs of a Geisha I've read, so I got no particular interest in -- a great read, though, I recomend it.

So, Cogito how about a short review on Geisha, and I'll consider reading and writing up short reviews on Gormenghast (though it may take me awhile to get through them all)? Are there any other books you'd be interested in seeing reviewed?

(http://www.filmhobbit.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2335)i've heard things as well, though supposedly the book is an interesting work of philosophy.
