Premise: When Frank (Adonis), a mafia hitman has his first hit of marijuana at the age of 60, his perspective on his job changes. Teaming up with Jade (Kogan), a young punk rocker who first "turned him on," Frank is given the task of unloading a suitcase filled with high-grade cannibis that was stolen from a painter named Arneau (Isaacs). The movie follows the suitcase as it goes through a series of owners, culminating against the backdrop of a "legalize it" rally in downtown Manhattan where a variety of colorful characters parade past.
October 17th, 2003 (Los Angeles, New York, New Orleans, Toronto); expands to other cities at later dates, there's especially a lot of dates in Canada
