Oh man I LOVE the Sweedish Chef. I love the gratuitous way in which he was inserted into Muppet Treasure Island. :lol

Janice? She always reminds me of Jenny from Forest Gump... in her hippy phase.
ANIMAL
I mean FRIGGIN CAMILLA GETS A SLOT BUT NO ANIMAL???
Read the poll again. Animal is a member of Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem. He is the drummer.
NO he's more than that! He's ANIMAL! The rest are just peons!

I just came to a realization with all this muppet talk. Kids today suck. I mean because they don't have Muppet experience outside of that schmuck Elmo. Muppet Babies was the Simpsons of it's day. But minus the adult inuendos (that I can recall). The Jetsons Meet Star Wars.....friggin' genious!!!

It was really only recently that he got much play out side of the Electric Mayhem. He's still a part of the band. If you like Animal, vote for the band!!!!
And Zoot is nobody's peon! He even gets side gigs on Sesame Street.
Well, Elmo isn't the ONLY Muppet on Sesame Street, so at least really little kids still have that.
But there are no Muppets on TV for kids to run home to see outside of that. That's sad. Some of my best memories are holding the rabbit ears over my head so I could make out The Muppet Show through the static on my TV.
And then later, in 6th grade, figuring out how to work our new VCR just so I could tape the Jim Henson Hour :)
MORE MUPPETS!!! LESS SKATEBOARDING!!!
I think the Muppets should do a TV special doing parodies of movies. For some reason I see Dr. Teeth portraying Morpheus while Kermit would be the one!
Stadler and Waldorf shoudld be the twins and Fozzie the architect. lol!

My daughter loves the Muppets. I bought her the Star Wars episode disc along with the disc with Fred Astaire and such. She loves em.
I'd like to see them go back to the variety show format. Something like The Jim Henson hour was. That show was so FREAKIN brilliant.

The Swedish Chef would be the Architect.....that way the audience has no idea what the hell he's saying, like in Reloaded.

Kermit was on the Daily Show A while ago and he was joking about frog penis size. I mean they're due for a return. and in a serious way and dumbing it down for the kids today neither.

Kermit as Neo, and Gonzo as Agent Smith......they've been fighting over Piggy for years now let them duke it out in Bullet Time
Have any of you been keeping track of the financial and leagal problems The Jim Henson Company is in? Did they get that sorted out? I think that is in large part responsible for their lack of presense these past few years.
Dammit, bring back Farscape!!! That'll help... or not. :\
Dude..we should send all this to Brian Henson since he l lacks the greatness of his father.

They could parody LOTR easy.....Kermit as Frodo, Fozzy as Sam, and Animal as Gollum.

Nanny's Angels? The Fozzbournes?
I voted but Fozzie, but it's a though one. I love how Rowlf flaps his ears when he plays the piano. I love how Sam guards the educational and moral values of the show. Hell, I'm the Sam the Eagle of this board, minus the patriotism. :lol
I'd vote for Rowlf, but that dude is always getting me in trouble cause I like his song from The Muppet Movie and whenever I sing it my wife gets mad. I can't fathom why.
I hope that somethin better comes along!

Ok, about Animal being standout out of the other members of the band, ummm, who was the only one from the band in Muppet Babies (which totally owned)? That's right, Animal. I rest my case.
The name of the band is still DOCTOR TEETH and the Electric Mayhem, not Animal and the Electric Mayehm. :)

Have you noticed that just about every wedding video shot for someone's wedding opens up with "somebody's getting married". My brother & sister got married ten years apart and used different companies and both videos start off with the "somebody's getting married" sequence from Muppets take Manhattan. I've always found that to be eerily strange.
