I don't buy that one based on the fact that C3P0 be on the Tantive IV as Bail flees so that he will be owned by Captain Antilles. Now parts of "General Grievous" is very probable though.

Maybe he does by the end of Ep 3... but droids get frequent memory wipes so that doesn't mean anything.
