I'm a Herbie fan.
This is sad... because you KNOW they will use the new Beatle.... and that just sucks. :\
The whole point of Herbie is that as a car, he is a beat up piece of shit, but he has so much HEART he can do just about anything.
If you use a NEW Beatle, then the car will not be a beat up piece of shit, which undermines everything that Herbie is about and everything that makes him GREAT!!!
I think the New Beatle is the greatest car, but Herbie just isn't that.
Right, I don't have a problem with the new Beatle as a car (except that it is the antithesis of everything the old Beatle stood for), it is just that Herbie is not a new Beatle.
