We've done guilty pleasures on movies; has one been done on music yet? You know, those songs that you wouldn't be caught dead listening to but turn up in your car and sing along to, or play in your abode when no one is around.

A few of mine:

Anything by Shakira
Without Me by Eminem

Only guilty pleasure I have is my love for 80's music.:)

::blush::

- Gilbert & Sullivan (especially The Pirates of Penzance)
- Rodgers & Hammerstein (I still cry through parts of The King & I)
- Sons of the Pioneers recordings (you know, "Tumblin' Tumbleweed" and the like)

...definitely room-clearing selections in my house!

Picked up Orchestral Maneuvers In The Dark greatest hits the recently, it rocks. Also Big Country's greatest hits, rocks also (just taking myself back to 8th grade).
I like rap, but very few of this "generation" of rappers, but I love Ludicrous' "Stand Up".

I don't think love for 80s music should be a guilty pleasure. Just about everyone likes 80s music. My favorite night is Friday night because around here one of the radio stations does Friday Night 80s, and mostly plays all the good stuff. Then we have an all 80s channel. They have the same 25 song playlist and play it all the time, but it's still cool.

Depends on the 80's music. Culture Club for instance.

It's just relative to what I normally listen to.
I also think 3rd Bass kicks ass.

Prince.

That dude knew how to make music in the 80s. Even now he's disappeared up his own androgynous symbol (though I think he's back to good old "Prince" now.) his live shows are still the definition of funk.

Eminem is a....guilty pleasure? Hmmm.

Well then, I'd have to say:

I can't think of anything that's a guilty pleasure. If I like it, I turn it up. Doesn't matter who's around. 99.9% of the time I listen to music on my iPod, so there's no worry of being embarrassed anyways.

some 80s...that some people wouldn't dare mention, but I will

I have New Kids and Debbie Gibson on here when I want to remember that time in my life.
