There's this chick I know from Long Island. And I think she's mildly ****ing retarded. Back when I used to live there I would play referee between her and a freind of mine while they were going out. Now I've been gone along time from there. AND THIS BITCH CALLS ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WANTING ME TO DO THE SAME SHIT. Can she possibly understand that I don't live there anymore. I don't see anyone from around there anymore (other than occasional drunken visits). WHAT THE ****? I'm too ****ing old to play these little ****ing high school dating games, especially FROM 50 ****ING MILES AWAY!!!!!! She's goin' on and on about how they broke up and she wants to kill herself or whatever. When I hear that I'm like **** YOU GO AHEAD. I got bigger problems. REAL problems. Not pesky little hometown relationship problems. She goes on and on about how he was her first or some shit. THen she needs to get out more. She can't understand the ****ing concept the LIFE ****ING EXISTS OUTSIDE OF THE ****ING SUBURBS. Thank ****ing God I left. So, Here's to you Long Island! Good ****ing riddance, you bum****, bullshit, scum sucking, black whole of New York. GO **** YOURSELF!!!!!

Ok, some random rageness like Matt did last week and later maybe i"ll do something more specefic.

First off, some drivers really annoy me, especially when they try to make turns. I mean, they're like at the place, they stay there for a minute and there are no cars in their way and still they don't ****ing move!!! JUST MOVE FOR GOD SAKES. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?? DOOMSDAY!!!! GYHAHHHHHH!!!!!

Ok, got that out of my system. Moving on.
On to movies. First off, the commercials before a movie starts. I'm like why the **** are they showing these? I mean, 15 minutes of previews are bad enough (well, at least those are interesting), but I mean we pay like 10 dollars a ticket, and we have have to see commercials? Greedy, greedy bastards. Ok, then they have those piracy commercials. WASTE OF ****ING SPACE!!! PEOPLE ARE NOT LISTENING TO YOU!!! You want to stop piracy, cut down the ticket prices and you will see a gradual decrease. Same thing with CDs. Bring down the price and we'll stop downloading, but until that day, God love Kazaa!! Another thing about movies that used to piss me off. Remember when they had donations being collected for the Jimmy fund? Ok, you want donations, just leave something in front of the ticket counter and we'll contribute, but don't show that stuff at the movie and work on our conscious. thats just wrong.

Okay, here's the situation. We (my parents and I) were heading to church for a mass service. We were traveling down 84 and we find ourselves in this shitload of traffic. After for like 20 minutes, we try to go a different route, but 5 minutes later we come across another jam. So basically a 20 minute trip takes 45 minutes and we were only 5 minutes late though. Turns out they closed down 84 because the Vice-President was hunting :blat I'm like wtf. And this happens a lot in New York when like the President visits the city. They close most of the city. Eh, I don't get it. Stupid politicians. Bunch of prima donnas I tell ya.

New list of things/people who/that annoy me:

1.Ok, I'm into the file-sharing thing as you all know, and sometimes when I download something it ends up either being incomplete or messed up in some fashion. Makes me want to strangle the person who put that on there.

2.Ok, I have no credit card and (yes, I am a pervert) there are some sites I would like to get on of an adult nature and the only way you can get in the members area is to pay with a credit card. Isn't there another way?

3. I hate having to watch movies on TV with commercials. Just doesn't seem right

Anyway, here's my rage of the day. I'm watching the news today, seems like another person has died as a result of that Staten Island Ferry accident. Her husband is suing the city for $200 million. Now, I'm not about to judge how much emotional pain and suffering should be worth, but 200 million is just a wee bit steep. Couple of thousand, maybe, but TWO HUNDRED MILLION?!!! Don't these people realize that this will eventually come out of the taxpayers wallet? Oh, and need I mention that includes them? Second of all, why sue the city? The government weren't responsible for the accident, the captain was. You want to sue somebody, sue him. Don't put blame on the government and make us have to pay for it.

Litigation society. Most of these claims are probably suggested by the lawyers supporting the claiment as they might see a bigger paycheck at the end of it and winning an impossible case like that would boost their business.


If I remember right, no matter what they try and claim for;

Most payouts are judged on loss of income from the death of the party for the duration of their lifetime plus a "bonus" payment if you like, heaped on top for emotional distress caused to the plaintiff.

Sadly for the naive plaintiff no court in the land is going to pay out an average of 200% of what the dead persons total income would've been. Families of the Lockerbie bombing victims only got a deal for $10,000,000 each. And they won't even see the full amount of that.
