You all suck. I have to work Christmas Eve AND the day after Christmas. Gods forbid that we close for either of those days and the morons can't call in and complain about their internet bill.

I need a new job. . . .

It isn't so much that I have an office job as there's no work for me to do and it is either let me use vacation time for a few weeks or fire me. Heh. ;)

At least I've got that going for me.

Found out the other day that my husband has to work on New Year's Eve, so looks like Absy will be spending the New Year at home with the dogs watching movies.

Bastards. Not that I have much to complain about - this is by far the slowest time of the year for IT since everyone is gone and therefore there's no problems to report. But it still means getting up early enough to get to work to goof off.

1/2 day on Christmas eve, Christmas, day after off. Repeat for the next week, just change the holiday to New Years.

I have to work on and off up until New Year's..I don't really care though, because I really don't celebrate Christmas. I am however moving at the end of the month right after Christmas, and right before and ending on New Year's. Yay.

being off 2 weeks at Christmas and a month and a half off during the summer are indeed the perks!
