Mine would have to be Bram Stoker's Dracula. It had it's tenth anniversary this year, yet there's only a bare bones version and a superbit version. Coppola needs to get off his ass and put that last bit of effort into making a director's cut version of this film. I've heard tale of a European version with deleted scenes and commentary, but I suspect the person who told me was just being cruel.

This'll be way obvious, but damn it, the entire Lord of the Rings on a big fat disc. You guys are probably doing this too: me and friends are planning on hooking two dvd players up when they're all out. That way we can have one disc waiting for the other to get done; seamless play, hopefully.
So if you read this Jackson: FIND A WAY TO FIT THEM ALL ON ONE DISC!!! You can do it, I know you can.

No he can't actually. Now either don't be lazy and put in the other discs when it's over, or buy a 10 disc dvd changer like I have. lol

Now the rumor I've heard is a special edition that goes in chronological order meaning all the movies will be respliced to happen in order. That would be an interesting thing to see.

All in one disc? The sound and picture quality would be horrible. And besides, is there anyone who actually wants to sit for 558 minutes straight through?

Well.....Trilogy Tuesday was a big success

I cloud....but all on one disc is insane...whenever I do any "Marathons" I take breaks...I pee...I eat...I go to the corner grab a pack a butts. there's no way I can sit there and not move for 10-12 hours.

That's the way to do it. Marathons are fun, but everyone needs a breather.

So I just did the math (I think it's right):
FOTR: 208 min
TT: 222 min
ROTK: 250 min
Total: 680 minutes (Extended Editions)
That equals a fat 11 hours 20 minutes. When I say all on one disc, I mean they would need to figure out some new ultra DVD technology, where the picture and sound are still high quality. I will watch them all. It will happen. I can feel it.

Also, there's gotta be a way to take over the academy if it doesn't get best picture, right? I mean, we don't have to kill anyone, but just a semi-hostile take over would be cool, right?

Just work out a way to flash a boob on stage - has much more of an impact on America than, say, a militant coup would.

I agree ....it will happen...and when it does we'll have already graduated to another medium....holograms maybe.

Oh my God, Bordick. A rumor from the guy who made the movie?? That sure can't be reliable!!! :lol And that other lady who helped write the book said she liked the idea.. Not Fran the other.

And in regards to somebody's incessant need for more stuff on one disc, YOU ARE ALL THE LAZIEST BASTIGES ON THE PLANET. CHANGE THE GODDAMN DISC OUT. :lol or be good and lazy and get a multi disc dvd changer like me!

jeromescort

i could get a multidisc changer, but then i'd have to program it, that's too much work. one disc to rule them all!!

crappertay

One fatal bout of Deep Vein Thrombosis to rule them all!
