CB's Best and Worst of TV 2003

It's been a year filled with reality tv, some bad, some worse. Another interesting phenom has been the boom of British entertainment moving to the US: borrowing (The Office) is better than taking (Coupling). Unfortunately, some of the best shows this year have had trouble getting an audience (Arrested Development). Anyways, I've decided to the fact that I moderate both this forum and Mango to set up some polls to decided some categories in television this past year:
