Region 2 cover is so much better (as with all the Star Trek SEs)

That really isn't exciting cover art, IMO...

I'm sure Paramount is run by Belgians. They all hate america and embrace europe with their DVDs, lol.

Well they could at least make it appear exciting, couldn't they? I mean, if the movie sucks, they should at least have good art to make it appear less crappy... con the stupid ones into buying it due to a cool cover. :D

It's actually the original poster art, only with the grey frame around it.

Brody, you are no longer allowed to comment on Star Trek.

Trek 6 is a helluva movie, and one of the very best of the series, for me right behond Wrath of Khan.

VERY excited about this disc, though I don't think they've done as good a job on it as they could have from what I've read. (Typical Star Trek treatment for Paramount).

The cover isn't terrible... it is just the standard Trek 6 poster really. I can't fault them for that.

One thing I always thought was cool about Star Trek VI, was that in the closing credits, all the casts signatures signed their way across the screen. Idunno, back seeing it in a theater, knowing that this was the LAST time for that cast, it just was geeky cool.

Wish they'd work those signatures onto the cover or something. :)

The only thing I remember from this movie is Gravity boots, pink blood, and a Christian Slater Cameo

It's the only one in the series I've seen and I saw it in '92 on video..........I should try and watch all of them at some point....if only to see what the fuss is about.

The best to watch in a stretch are 2,3, and 4. They form a trilogy of sorts. Death, rebirth, life.

Plus the rest, apart from 6, kinda blow.

Star Trek II and VI are the best. The Search for Spock is good, but it looks and feels like a TV movie, and The Voyage Home is fun, but too light for me. I like some elements of the fifth, but the original is just a waste.
