What happened to "pushing it back to capitalize on time to get the DVD ready?

What happened to QTs boasts about how they were going to do crazy things with the individual discs then different crazy shit for the boxset.

Guess overcharging for nothing could be considered crazy.

I wouldn't even consider buying this unless;

a) Vol. 2 redeems Vol. 1

b) They release a 2-disc set with the whole movie ON ONE DISC AS ONE FEATURE FILM.
