I lived below this guy not to long ago, and he and his girlfriend must have split up, it was awful. Neil Diamond at 3:00am. He played The Space Between (or whatever its called, by Dave Matthews) literally four times in a row, really, really loud. I swear I heard All I Want Is You every night for a month.

Techno wouldn't be that bad, but if it's all day..that's a different story.

Here, there is some guy I guess in the townhome next to ours (we live in the basement of my dad's place) that plays loud rap music with lots of bass off and on..it's kind of annoying, but not to the point to piss me off.

When I moved into my current apartment the guy below me had base blasting whenever he was at home. What was really annoying is there didn't seem to be any cadence or tempo to the base. One day I went down to his apartment and outside his door I could hear more then just the base. The guy was blasting frickin NPR. The base in the reporter's voices is what was carrying through the wall.

I appreciate intelligent radio as much as the next guy, but blasting the base on NPR???
