For the first time, sales of the most-downloaded track in the US have been higher than those for the CD single at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.

Tested the RIAA Radar... it told me that the Scarlet's Walk album by Tori Amos was on the list... I downloaded the entire album recently as mine got scratched to hell (twice) and the mp3 are fine. Hmmm...

yeah. there isn't much that isn't on the riaa-published list. you really have to be a purist to not have any riaa music at all. it's interesting to see which companies you're supporting though. to me anyway.
if you go into the charts section (http://www.magnetbox.com/riaa/zeitgeist.asp) it compares the top selling riaa and non-riaa albums in various genres. the non-riaa albums definitely are not as mainstream, but that's to be expected.
modest mouse is an RIAA published group. who woulda thunk it.
