Christine 06-11-2004, 05:26 AM Tested the RIAA Radar... it told me that the Scarlet's Walk album by Tori Amos was on the list... I downloaded the entire album recently as mine got scratched to hell (twice) and the mp3 are fine. Hmmm... Arctic 06-11-2004, 02:38 PM yeah. there isn't much that isn't on the riaa-published list. you really have to be a purist to not have any riaa music at all. it's interesting to see which companies you're supporting though. to me anyway. if you go into the charts section (http://www.magnetbox.com/riaa/zeitgeist.asp) it compares the top selling riaa and non-riaa albums in various genres. the non-riaa albums definitely are not as mainstream, but that's to be expected. modest mouse is an RIAA published group. who woulda thunk it. |
