I agree with just about everybody here...with the exception of Wiggum who I usually agree with on most things! I like Steely Dan. Groovy tunes baby.

I despise all that cookie cutter r&b shit that they play on the radio and MTV. It's all indistinguishable (what a long word) tripe.

Less Than Jake is one of those bands that gets under my skin. I've worked rather hard on myself to not let too many things get to me, but this just naturally irritates me and I cannot change that.

Anything by Nickelback, Limp Bizkit, Korn, P.O.D., Blink 182, Train, ANYTHING by the Britney Spears of the world, or the N'SYNC's of the world, virtually anything by the 80's glam rockers (Poison, Extreme, INXS, Motley Crue, etc), and of course, Barbara Streisand. Can't stand her.

There's some really good artists on your list, Christine. But to each their own.

But if it makes you feel better about the state of music...Mandy Moore hates her fake blond hair and cheesy pop music of a few years ago. She commented on it in an interview recently, she's pretty much embarrassed by it. Rightfully so.



The only song that I really hate right now is that Milkshake song. Worst earworm ever.

That was bad of me to say their voices are whiney, although some of the songs really do irritate me. Took off the list the ones that have a song or two that I like (Sheryl Crow, Oasis, and Blink 182)

And please put Blink 182 on. There used to be a couple of songs of theirs that I liked too, but they are so overwhelmingly annoying that the annoyance has overwhelmed my ability to like even those songs.
