I kind of liked it. It's Woody Allen doing his old shtick in a British setting, nowhere near as good as Match Point. It's a little disconcerting at first to see Scarlett as the Woody Allen proxy especially when she interacts with him, but she's actually pretty good at it.

It was a nice light hearted comedy. I agree, not woody's best work though. But who cares, its got Scarlett & Hugh.

Pretty predictable situation comedy, with Woody Allen schmucking it up. And Scarlett looked heavy, at times like she was wearing a plump suit or something. At least her acting was good during the times she had something to work with, which can't be said for Jackman. I liked the opening with the (shrimp?)boat going accross the River Styx or whatever. They should have developed that and used Ian McShane more, maybe even replaced Allen. 5/10

No release date yet for this in the UK - even though it was made here!
I liked Match Point and am looking forward to this one when it finally does open on this side of the Atlantic.

Match Point was alright. A bit overrated if you ask me.

I meant to see this one though. Scarlett nerded out is... special.
