It's funny because if I saw a dude dressed up in those jeans, with that jacket and a big cowboy hat on (oh, don't forget the boots) badass is probably the last thing I'd think. But I see this poster and I'm tempted to go pick up the whole outfit.
This, for a change, should be an improvement on the original. The poster may be pointing up, but the deciding factor will be the music. I'm taking the acting/directing/etc. for granted.
Don't worry, they'll probably do a floating heads poster at some point. Usually a cool poster like this is always followed by a nice, clean poster with the heads of the stars on it.

Seem to be taking this pretty seriously...I didn't say I'd prefer a floating heads poster, but I just mean, I could do without certain things...like the huge cast names at the top, the "time waits for one man" slogan, the "from the director of walk the line" thing, and the silly clock in the logo (look! the clock says 3:10!! oh man!!!11) It's a pretty cool poster, but I think it'd look better with smaller cast names at the top and less slogans trying to sell the movie to you. And no clock.
With Mangold at the helm this flick should be good.
Amen to that. I admit that I haven't seen the original, but Mangold hasn't disappointed me yet. He's got to be one of the most versatile directors out there.
Lionsgate was giving this poster out for free at Comic-Con, Josh. I actually was going to grab one for you (and have you pay for shipping), but the by the time I got back to the area, they were giving out other posters for shittier looking movies, like War and Midnight Meat Train (not a porno). I was going to try and snag a couple since everybody here went nuts for it, but it didn't come to fruition...sorry...
