They take a gorgeous girl who expected to be on a Bachelor like show... and make her date nerds, weirdos, and fat guys.
It would be great... except she is behaving just as we nerds of the world would expect....
She kicked off the ugliest guys first.
This week she kicked off the fattest and the nerdiest looking.
Meanwhile, the only guy she is cozying up to also happens to be the only handsome guy. He looks exactly like The Rock, and he also happens to be a huge, womanizing jerk who treats everyone like crap and is only there to screw.
Meanwhile, she cozies up to him and pretty much ignores the other guys. In the midst of a group date, she abandons the group to square off with him away from the others to tell him how attracted she is to him, while one of the guys is working his ass off to climb this rockface that she told him he had to climb if he wanted to go out on an "alone" date with her. (a parameter she set no doubt because she knew "The Rock" would do it the fastest, since he was obviously 10 times more athletic than the others)
She goes on an alone date with "The Rock" and immediately hops in a hot tub with him and starts making out. Meanwhile the other guys engage her in deep, intelligent conversation and she gives them a hug and sends them home... or in the case of another guy, outright makes fun of him behind his back for his attempt to woo her with singing around a campfire.
At the end of the show, after she kicks off the nicest guy of the group, Denis, also the nerdiest and ugliest, and also the guy that everyone in the house loved the most, and the guy who was working the hardest and doing the most to try and win her heart, the only thing she could think of to say about this GREAT, poor guy Denis was "He helped Zack (The Rock guy) become a better person."
The pretty people rule the world folks. Average Joe confirms it.
Yeah. It is only dissapointing because we all tune in to watch these fat, nerdy, ugly guys get a shot at a hot chick, meanwhile she has voted all of them off and kept only the best looking and least nerdy...
which means that we are now basically watching The Bachelor with slightly less handsome contestants.
Oh, out of the 6 left, 5 aren't especially great looking guys... but they are irrelevant since she is obviously only interested in the one hot one, and the other 5 aren't SUPER nerds or anything.
But Hobbs, that's the point of the show. To show how shallow she can be, or to show that looks don't really matter. So the show is succeeded in it's intention.
Plus, there's supposed to be a twist later...and I'm 99% sure it will be a group of male models or something like that. So this will only get worse in a few weeks.
My gf loves the show, and what I saw seemed kinda funny.
