Clone Wars Shorts on Cartoon Network!

Well last night I watched Episodes 1 - 6.

In a row.

Because I am evil and downloaded them.

Honestly, who is sad enough to make time in their schedule to go out of their way to see a THREE minute cartoon????

But, these are nice. Kinda fun. They suffer badly just because they are so short though.

All you get is a 2 minute battle scene and then it is over. It is a nice taste of some coolness... but come on! Why aren't these a full half hour show? Then they'd be good.

As they are, they are barely worthwhile entertainment, harmless but ultimately pointless.

Worth watching if you download them, but I wouldn't go out of your way to see them.

I've seen all 8 so far, the latter are pretty cool. Underwater lightsabre action is chill, in theory. That and the Sith "auditions" as well as Kenobi, in clone trooper armor, fighting that jousting robot motha ****ah is cool.

I found the underwater lightsaber one to be a little lame, and light on the laws of physics.

like I said though, most of them are kinda cool, but too short to be very memorable.

Suspension of disbelief.....not physics. I thought it could have been reall cool.....that's whay I said "in theory". For what the whole thing is is good in theory. The undertaking is just a bit too....I don't know.

Suspension of disbelief is a cop out that apologists used to justify stupidity.

Make it reasonable and present it in a logical fashion and people will believe in anything, even a flux capacitor.

maybe if it was don like CG for a real live action flick, it would've been maybe a bit more logical. But it was the theory that counts.

What's with Obi-Wan using the force to do the "Neo stops the bullets thing from the Matrix" thing with lasers and fire in these things?

I have no idea what you are talking about. How does it being CG instead of Animation change anything???

Frankly, I love the animation style. I take it you aren't a fan of Samurai Jack.
