The New HBO mini-series based on the award winning Tony Kushner play starring Al Pacino, Emma Thompson, and Merryl Streep.

I set a tape, but I can't wait to watch it! I saw the play at William & Mary a few years ago and it was wonderful.

It was cutting into my Simpsons time. Is it a mini-series, I thought they were advertising it as a movie?

It had its moments, not one of the best ever. Mr.T cameo and his box of replacable hair styles for his mohawk was awesome. Homer running a talk show w/ Carl, Lenny and Moe was good too.

Well, it aired last night as a 3 hour flick..................with another 3 hour flick coming next sunday. But....the first part has been broken down into three 1 hour episodes airing at 8:00 Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I'm sure the same will happen for part II next week.

I caught this series and agree with you, Bordick, it was great! Emma was breathtaking as the Angel and the other characters had me interested to the very last minute. The ending was pleasing, though unexpected.

I've done extensive study and work with the play.....and watching the dead on adaptation it was too. Not that they changed anything it's just I was to entranced by the whole thing.
