007 Legends Skyfall DLC Drops During Movie's Opening Night

Good afternoon, agents. You have no doubt heard by now that 007 Legends will feature some manner of DLC to tie in with the upcoming film, Skyfall. We have now discovered the DLC's release date, which is set for Nov. 9 on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It will arrive on PC and the Wii U at some point in the near future.

We announced a few days ago that 007 Legends would be releasing in North America, which it has. But even though the game has not even been out a week, the folks at Activision have announced impending DLC that will put players into the shoes of the world's most famous agent during scenes which take place in his upcoming silver screen appearance, Skyfall.

While the game proper comes packed with missions from Bond's 50 years of killing criminals with style--such as Goldfinger, Moonraker and Die Another Day--a sixth mission from Skyfall will help bridge the gap between old and new, giving fans a chance to take on the role of bond from all of their favorite movies, past and present.

In order to keep the film's plot hush-hush, this DLC will not be available for PS3 or Xbox copies of the game until opening night on Nov. 9. So take the next few weeks to enjoy Bond's older exploits, then get ready to relive his newest movie when the Skyfall DLC drops early next month.
