In addition to running a children's charity, the good folks at web comic Penny Arcade award one $10,000 scholarship per year. They're now accepting applications from qualified undergraduates for the upcoming school year.

To be eligible, you must be a full-time student at an accredited college or university in the United States in the 2009-2010 academic year and have a minimum GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0. While all academic majors are welcome to apply, you must have the intention of joining the game industry after graduation.

You can download the application form here. The winner will be notified in July. This is the third year of the scholarship and, like everything Penny Arcade does, it's probably ludicrously popular so get your applications in ASAP.
