Data Design Interactive and Popcorn Arcade are currently working on an upcoming Nintendo Wii game that features something we rarely ever see on the Wii: multiplayer mini-games in a family-oriented setting. Oh wait; we always see those games on the Wii.
Regardless of the repetitive nature I’m sure this game will present for Wii gamers across the pond -- for those of you who remotely take an interest in the party-game, mini-events multiplayer genre, this will probably be right up your alley. According to the press release, “The game play revolves around using a combination of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk in various ways to complete each event. The events require a combination of speed, timing and more than a little sweat!” A new trailer was released alongside the news, although I’m not quite sure gamers will get a good feel for the gameplay. Alternatively, I can imagine some viewers being inclined to lay down a few laughs, though. You can check out more info for this game by visiting the Official Popcorn Arcade Website.
