Fresh off the press-kit copy machine, Microsoft has released news that Alien Hominid will be invading Xbox Live Arcade this Wednesday. Players assume the role of the feisty alien trying to defend his spaceship from those always-pesky FBI agents. This is E.T. when butt-kicking is the first and only option.

Haven’t we all just wanted to play a little booger-colored alien with a no-nonsense attitude? No? Yeah I didn’t think so. Anyway, as gaming’s most “adorable” alien, gamers will take up arms in 16 various levels, complete with the almost-standard, jump-in-anytime multiplayer feature. The game will be available on Xbox Live Arcade for Xbox 360, beginning Wednesday, Feb. 28, at 0800 GMT (1 a.m. PST), for only 800 MS points.
