Ignition Entertainment revealed today that turn-based RPG Arc Rise Fantasia will arrive in North America in Summer 2010. The Wii exclusive was released in Japan in June.
In Arc Rise, a mercenary named L'Arc must battle an army of monsters that threatens to overrun the Meridian Empire. In battle, L'Arc can summon creatures and do special combo attacks with his companions. Japanese gaming mag Famitsu gave it a 32 out of 40 upon its release so apparently it doesn't suck.
Arc was developed by Image Epoch, the studio behind the Luminous Arc RPG series on the DS. An official website is now online but the only things of note on it are a forum and a registration form for the newsletter.
