505 Games recently let the news fly loose that a major update is coming for Arma II and it also happens to be free. The new teaser trailer shows off the a little bit of the new content, giving gamers a taste of what's to come.

“At Bohemia Interactive we make a continuous commitment to support our products. This latest update 1.05 reaffirms our commitment to ARMA 2 and our community at large: it includes the free downloadable content as our way of saying thank you to all those who buy our games and provide us support and feedback from around the globe.

The 1.05 patch comes with a new warfare mode, sporting up to 32 simultaneous players and the RTS-style commander mode. The new Eagle Wing campaign also branches in more single-player content for gamers to experience, allowing players to control an AH-64 attack copter.
