Assassin's Creed 2's release is getting close, folks. Today Ubisoft released the Achievement/Trophy list for the game.

With all great games, the list of Achievements/Trophies is pretty lengthy, which means getting 100% will be pretty time-consuming. . Trust me; this one is not going to be a walk in the park. Clicking on either one of these links - MyGamerCard or PS3Trophies - might spoil some of the plot so don't look if you want to go into the game with a clean slate.

The game is out November 20 for the 360 and PS3. The PC version is expected early next year.
