Griptonite Games wants you to know that the new Assassin's Creed coming to the PSP isn't a "watered-down side-scroller." In a new video interview they showed off Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines and it looks pretty close to the console games.

Bloodlines serves as a direct sequel to the first Assassin's Creed, with Altair continuing to make a mess in medieval times. Ubisoft's Frederic Lefrancois and Griptonite's Dan McAuliffe talked with PlayStation.Blog about the difficulties in bringing AC to the PSP and how they've switched up the gameplay formula. Intercut with all the talking is plenty of gameplay footage.

Bloodlines arrives in North America on November 10th and in Europe on November 20th.
